New Research Finds Possible Second Impact Crater Hiding Under Greenland Ice
The crater, which has a width of over 22 miles, could be the 22nd largest impact crater found on Earth.
The distance to the Moon is measured to a precision of a few centimeters by bouncing laser beams off reflectors placed there by the Apollo astronauts.
